This cake is easy to make and tastes great. Reminds me of the coconut cakes my mom used to make.

When I was low on money I baked this cake for my hair dresser, she loved it so much now I have to bake her one once a month. =-) I'm only to do it, she keeps my hair looking good =-)

I actually made this two different ways. One I used an orange cake mix and the orginal frosting you have listed. YUMMY Than I tried it with a chocolate cake and coconut pudding in place of the white chocolate pudding. the rest of the recipe the same. WOW WOW WOW!
