I make a similar salad to this. Use sugar free jello in place of the full sugar jello for much less carbs.

Made this for Thanksgiving as a jello mold and it came out great. I didn't use any nuts as my family doesn't prefer them in jello. I also only waited 30 minutes before adding the additional fruit as I had to leave the house. The salad still turned out great, fruit evenly placed. My husband was full after our feast but tried my salad anyway, to make me happy. He then had seconds, and had more later at night! After five years of making different salads for Thanksgiving, I finally found a keeper!

This salad/dessert ( I use it as a salad)has been a huge hit at holiday dinners for several years now. Grandson begs me to make this as he loves it.

This is a delicious way to bring cranberry into any meal. It's sweet and addictive to eat! I loved it so much, I have made it for every Thanksgiving meal. It's also refreshing in the summer.

I made this to take to my parent's house for Thanksgiving. It was delicious and very easy to make. Even tastes good the next day!

I make this for every holiday dinner. I also add 1/2 cup chopped celery. Gives it a little crunch. Family loves it.
