Just one word...GREAT!!!!
I absolutely love this recipe. Super easy, beautiful and delicious. I've even tried with different Jell-O flavors. Makes a great snack too!
Great. I made it for the Holidays, everyone loved it. Makes a beautiful dish.
Very elegant, yet easy recipe. Very festive looking. I tried the mold variation, and I didn't add walnuts. Served with whipping cream, it's a five-star dessert!
this salad is wonderful. I have made it several times this holiday season and wherever I bring it it gets eaten all up. A wonderful alternative to regular cranberry sauce.
This was a wonderful addition to my usual Thanks- giving dinner. A very nice twist on the ho-hum cranberry salad. All of my guests enjoyed it, many had seconds. I will be making this again, and I won't be waiting until next Thanksgiving!
I make a very similar recipe that takes me age to make and requires grinding of cranberries, oranges, apples, etc. This has the same main ingredients and is so much easier. Tastes great. I highly recommend it. What a time saver. I loved my recipe, but this is as good and easier ato make.
We weren't crazy about the walnuts so substituted pecan pieces. Will definitely be making this in the future.
Oh My Gosh! This recipie is the Best!! I was invited to a Thanksgiving gathering and didn't have a lot of time to plan a dish to pass. I looked on and found this recipie. I had all of the ingredients on hand, which made it even easier! The recipie was a hit! My 7 yr-old son couldn't get enough of it, and my Aunt asked if she could take some home with her! I will definitely make this recipie for Christmas dinner. My whole family is looking forward to eating it again! Very easy to make, requires few ingredients, and the apples and nuts give a special crunch!! You HAVE to try this recipie!
I have made this recipe so many times. Everyone who tastes it wants the recipe; My family, the ladies at church and even at a funeral luncheon. It is just a hit around here and so easy to make.
