I did mine in slow cooker using sirloin steak. My husband loved it (very moist) I would add more bbq next time.

I would add red wine vinegar and brown sugar to tang up the bbq sauce.

I enjoyed this recipe a lot. My husband is not fond of mushroom so I would skip that. I had to add a little extra barbeque sauce to give it some tang!

I served it with toasted french rolls and sprinkled some chedder cheese and it was delicious. With a side of spinach salad it went good. I recommend it.

The flavor was very good but the type of meat it suggested wasn't very easy to eat. Although the recipe itself was easy to make and had a good flavor, I would pick a different cut of meat next time.

My husband told me that I outdid myself this time. (I don't cook very much!) This was easy and very satisfying. Thanks!

FAAAAAAbulous!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a little leary about not having any water in the bottom of the cooker so I did add just enough water to cover the bottom of the cooker, about 1/8". This is on the money so says my S/O. We will definetly make this again.
