Ok - made some modifications - floured chicken before the egg mixture so the egg would stick - used oven fry extra crispy - instead of shake and bake. For the sauce - I mixed - horseradish, dijon mustard, mayo, and honey together - sounds weird but it tastes awesome. Make with green beens and almond slivers, salad, and rolls. - Gourmet dinner on a Sunday night - Would make again and again! Even my picky hubby loved it!!!
