I have made these cookies on numerous occasions. My husband is diabetic and he loves them and at least it gives him something a little sweet to have for a snack. Love the texture and flavor. I generally leave them plain without dipping in the chocolate.

Easy and delicious! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I should have thought of this first! :)

These were easy to make a huge hit with my Christmas cookie recipients. I had one issue, I ran out of dunking chocolate, so be prepared with more chocolate than is listed on recipe.

I simply bought premade cookie dough and when they were done cooking, dipped them in melted chocolate. A lot easier and less time consuming. I used milk chocolate that I had on hand and drizzeld as well as dipped and other designs. Turned out great.

These were a little difficult to make. Some of the cookies fell apart, and the 3 squares of leftover baking chocolate were not enough to dunk, but I had more on hand. Otherwise than that, they look and smell delicious, and my Great Aunt will be happy!

Excellent taste. You need more than the leftover 3 squares of chocolate to properly "dunk" the cookies. Luckily I had more on hand. Also chocolate chips would probably worked better than the chopped chocolate squares but overall very good. Easy to make.
