Parmesan Confetti Dip

Parmesan Confetti Dip recipe
Chopped green and red peppers make this confetti dip look festive. But Parmesan, sour cream and MIRACLE WHIP make it cheesy, creamy and delicious.

Not much flavor in this one. I'd really have to alter it to make it again.

This is a quick and delicious dip for parties. It is visually pretty too. Very tasty!

I made this for a Bunco group and it didn't go over well at all. I had the entire bowl leftover. I personally didn't like it and I won't make it again.

I made this recipe for my Bunco group and several people requested the recipe. It is very easy to make and can be made the day befor hand.

i loved it. we made it for a girl's night out party and everyone was real pleased with it. lots of the girls liked it on the vegetables(i served it with wheat thins, red pepper strips, green pepper strips, and carrots) a couple even commented that they thought it would make a good dressing for a salad.

I agree with malieswski comments. This was good but didn't compare well to other's. Might be good to save for the holidays with the red and the green.

My family enjoys this dip. We make it any time of year. The longer it sits the better it is!

This was not as good as it sounded to be. It was very plain and no one really cared for it. I would not do it again.

I made it for a christmas lunch. It was perfect with the red and green peppers. Very festive. It was very easy to prepare. I made it the night before and it took hardly any time at all. At first i wasn't too sure about it, but I got tons of comments on it.

This turned out very well for me! I did heed the advice from the other reviews, though. One said it was watery, so I let the peppers drain a bit on a paper towel, after chopping and before adding them to the mix. One said it was bland, so I did add a bit of salt. Also added a bit of dill for added flavor, although I don't think it was really necessary. Also used 3 colors of peppers,(green, red, and yellow), as green peppers tend to be a stronger flavor, and I thought it would be overpowering. Very pretty, too! Make sure to refrigerate and let the flavors blend for at least an hour. Served with plain Wheat Thins, and the remainder of the pepper spears. Very Good, and was a hit at New Years! BUT...if you do have any left over, be sure to use it up the next day, as it does get watery with pepper juice the longer it sits.
