I made this with sweet Italian sausage instead of beef, I think it is so much better that way. I used mini rigatoni too, this was such a great dish, very easy to make and my kids loved it too! And that's always a good thing. I served it with Italian bread.

Recipe was good. Very filling not very flavorful though. Maybe it was the sauce I used. Next time I would add salt. I usually don't do that to jar sauce, but this needed it.

This was so easy to make and so fast! Next time I will add pepperoni. My kids said that it tasted like pizza.

The only change I made to this receipe was cooking the red pepper with the pasta. This gives the peppers more time to cook. Good receipe.

This was not good, very bland, and I added chopped Jalapeno, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, Pasta seasoning, salt... I just couldn't get any flavor to it.

I used a lot of comments from other folks and made the following changes: Cooked the pasta separately, used no water at all, added black olives with the other vegetables, and sprinkled some of the following seasonings on the meat mixture after it had finished browning - garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley and basil. The final result was really good. I used the colored rotini to make it look even prettier. I ended up not using as much pasta as it called for, but that all depends on how pasta-heavy you like it. Very easy and very tasty!
