I loved this recipe and so did my 18 month old daughter, Although she only ate the noodles. I made mine with garden rotini, Instead of 32 oz of sauce I used 16 oz and can of tomatoe sauce. I have to say I loved the flavor and it was all around a great dish. Thank so much for the idea!!!

Substitute 16-19 oz HOT italian sausage for the beef, and add a minced clove of garlic. This spices it up nicely (not TOO hot). It's very good! simmer as long as you want to soak up more sauce or be thinner sauce - however you like it. Sure makes the house smell good. We love this!

Made this exactly like the recipe is written and it was fabulous. The majority of my family doesn't like mushrooms but there were no complaints and they ate them. Absolutely delicious! Would love ideas on how to make it a bit spicey.

Makes a lot, not very flavorful so I added fresh garlic and a dash of Tabasco. Very good and SO easy.

I made this with sweet Italian sausage instead of beef, I think it is so much better that way. I used mini rigatoni too, this was such a great dish, very easy to make and my kids loved it too! And that's always a good thing. I served it with Italian bread.

Recipe was good. Very filling not very flavorful though. Maybe it was the sauce I used. Next time I would add salt. I usually don't do that to jar sauce, but this needed it.
