Very good, the only thing I would do next time is add garlic. Maybe double the recipe next time, there where no leftovers, for our family of 4.

An easy receipe that pleased everyone. There are a lot of different items that can be added for different flavors.

Super easy and very good. My whole family loved it - kids asked for seconds!! This is a great meal for those nights when you are pressed for time.

Very easy and very good. Make sure you add salt, pepper and even a little garlic. Probably will add sausage to spice it up next time.

I was skeptical about using uncooked pasta. It turned out great; it was like a casserole on the stove. My whole family liked it and the leftovers were eaten another day. I will throw in a little sausage the next time I make it.

very good and very easy. i didn't use shredded mozzarella, but i used the kraft crumbles and i actually put it and mixed it all up before the last 5 minutes. yummy.

I loved the method of cooking everything in one pot...less dishes to wash and less space on the stove is always a good thing. I did use slightly less water and was afraid that the taste would be watered down but it wasn't at all! I also used fresh baby portabella mushrooms and they were absolutely delish. This dish is definitely worth trying!!

I made this recipe when my inlaws came over and my mother-in-law loved it and so did everyone else including the young kids. I didn't use mushrooms or red peppers and I used only 3 cups of water, because the amount suggested seemed like too much. I will definitely make it again...next time for my side of the family.
