What You Need

lb. extra-lean ground beef

onion, chopped

cups rotini pasta, uncooked

3-1/2

cups water

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

red pepper, chopped

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat in Dutch oven or large deep skillet; drain. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

STIR in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.

TOP with cheese.

This meal was easy to make and clean up was a breeze! My husband loved it with a sprinkle of parmesan over it. I will definitely make this again.

Very quick and easy recipe. I cut the recipe in half for my boyfriend and I and still had plenty for leftovers.

This was pretty good. My husband liked it. If I made it again I would make a few changes.....less water, moe sauce, and maybe some sausage in it.

I like it and found it very simple and there is hardly any mess to clean up because it is one pan. Add chilli flakes for a kick and pop it in the oven to keep warm and add parmasean cheese...YUM !

I thought this was very good. Easy and tastes good! Has a nice kick to it with the salsa.
