Apple Crumble

Apple Crumble recipe

Rather than using the Honey Nut cream cheese, I used the cinammon and sugar cream cheese by Philly. It was delicious and easy!

This recipe is delish'! My husband and I are big apple crisp/peach cobbler lovers, so this was just up our alley. It was easy to make and has great flavor. It was just sweet enough. We topped it with a bit of dream whip but I'm sure it would go good with ice cream too. Give it a try!

I have never made something that seemed so easy and yet had so many raves about how great it tastes! It is a lot like apple crisp but with a cheese cake topping. You have to try this!

I couldn't find the honey walnut cream cheese so I added 1 tablespoon of honey to regular cream cheese. I also added about 1/2 cup of walnuts to the nilla wafers before I crushed them in the food processor. I served it at work and it was wonderful- I did cook longer than required- Next time I would even add raisins!
