This recipe is easy and GREAT! I substitute 1 jar of pimentoes, drained, for the red pepper--it's cheaper and just as pretty. This spread is also good on fresh sourdough bread as a sandwich, topped with veggies, and you can even serve it warm!

This is a simple recipe and takes very little time. If you have crackers in the house and is great for snacking on before or after a meal. It is also good for you. I would use light sour cream and add all the other ingredients.

It was great, but instead of using 1cup of sour cream, I used a large container of sour cream. It made more, and toned down the Italian seasons alittle. I all depends on how much seasonings you like. I tried it both ways. I liked this better.

This recipe is awesome!! My whole family loved it, although we like things to be a little more spicy so I added Jalapeno pepper juice to it,,,

I love spinach and you can meke this low carb by using fresh vegetables such as sliced cucumbers instead of crackers.
