I made this recipe and took some to work to share and every one really enjoyed it. Some want to add a few extras to it, like chopped onions, and one wants to try one with water crest nuts, she liked the little crunchy bit is it.. over all it was a big hit and everyone wanted the recipe.

This recipe had a lot of taste to it. Almost too stong. It was enjoyed though. I would make it again. It was great served with fresh cut up veggies too.

very eary to make and just the right appetizer to take to a party at work or at a friend's house. Great with wheat crackers or your favorite bread.
