made it twice and it is so easy. My husband is latin and said it is great. Use frozen onions and it cooks even faster

Very good, but WAY too high in sodium. I substituted low-sodium beans and broth and then added lower-sodium sea salt to taste. Add a garnish of fresh cilantro and serve with warm tortillas.

This soup is really very good and easy to make! I was really surpised at the great flavor...I am not a huge bean fan!
