This was a really good, EASY soup to make. The flavor intensifies if made ealier in the day or even the day before. It's yummy with cornbread! In addition to having made this several times at home, I've served this at a party as a back up option for people with dairy issues. It was very well received and the recipe was asked for more than once. If you like black beans and like soup, give this one a try!
