This soup tastes fantastic, I put a little shredded cheddar and monterey cheeses on top and served it with warm flour tortillas and it was a big hit!

I made this recipe to bring to work with me for lunch, but I did ofcourse have a taste test this weekend when I made it. It was wonderful. I added just a tad of fat free sour cream to it. I will be making this recipe again and again. Even my husband loved it!!

Wonderful! Added a little dried cilantro to make it a little more Latin.

Really good. The salsa that you choose will greatly change this recipe, so keep that in mind.

I've made this soup twice now, my boyfriend loves it. The second time, I cut down on the onion and found half of a large onion is plenty. A whole onion was too much. Very easy to make. Will make again.
