Thought this was wonderful - I thought it might need a little more Italian dressing but once the cheese was added and everything mixed, it was just delicious. We will definitly have it again.

If you are a bleu cheese lover, this is very tasty. This would probably be wonderful with feta cheese too. I don't eat peppers but zucchini made a good substitute. If you have leftovers I recommend that you store the meat separately because the salad might become greasy.

Its really yummy, but dont put too much cheese. It will ruin the original taste.

Added grape tomatoes and sliced avocado that seemed to make a more complete meal. Also used left over t-bone steak slices that were medium rare. The family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Instead of blue cheese, we used feta. We added plum tomatoes cut into fourths, and avocado slices. It was a wonderful meal and we will definitely make this recipe again and again.

I used Maytag blue cheese and that made a big difference in taste. Great salad, that to us was our dinner.
