The only thing that I would suggest, is coating the salad greens with some italian dressing before topping with the meat mixture. With out the extra dressing, it is a little bland. Also, we use a very little bit of the blue cheese. The taste can be very over-powering. Overall, we loved this recipe, even the kids. Even with the beef, it is still a very light meal. Serve with rolls, and it is a wonderful dish.
