Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread

Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread recipe

So tasty, especially if you like sweet with lots of butter! I baked in a convection oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, which was perfect for being lightly browned.

This recipe is wonderful; easuy to make, full of great and surprising taste. It was a hit with everyone I gave some to. I made an extra batch in saved it in the secret cookie har, for unexpected gifts. A winner!

I think it is great. I don't usually eat what I bake, but I am eating these. My husbad didn't like the crunchy texture mixed with the shortbread. I disagreed!

I made this a few times over Christmas and gave some away. Everyone loved it.

Everyone loved this recipe. I had to make a double batch. It was very easy to make. I think I will try using candied cherries next time.

I've made these cookies twice in less than a month! Adding nuts makes them even better. Great recipe and very easy.

I loved these! The store was out of Bakers Squares so I used white chocolate morsels instead. Very simple and tasty! And with no eggs the kids enjoyed the dough too!

Great recipe! I'm not even a big fan of cranberries, but they're great in these cookies. The best part is that these cookies are so simple and easy to make! I'll definitely be making them for Christmas for years to come.

I think the next time I make these I will add chopped pecans...just for that extra zing...they are great...
