Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread

Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread recipe
So tasty, especially if you like sweet with lots of butter! I baked in a convection oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, which was perfect for being lightly browned.

I liked this recipe but I used Chocolate Chips instead of the white chocolate because my husband prefers it.

This recipe was a total flop! And I'm usually a good cook! I don't know what happened! Tooo much flour or maybe the butter wasn't softened enough?---it was soooo dry it never made dough. Anyone else have trouble? Desperate for cookies, Kelli

These cookies are delicious and easy to make with very few ingredients. My sister-in-law enjoyed the cookies so much I gave her the recipe so she could make them for her cookie exchange.

I have made these cookies and everyone raved about them & all asked for the recipe. I even sent it to my brother & HE made them for his kids....

Wonderful and easy with common ingredients that are around during the holidays anyway. The recipe worked great just as is and the cookies look and taste wonderful.

Great spinoff for shortbread! I agree that they don't really look like photo. Try using big chunks of chocolate and add more cranberries.

there was soooo much butter...and not enought sugar i had to add half a cup more than what the recipe says...and it didn't turn out to be what the pics showed.

Goodness! These are good cookies! I'm not a big cranberry fan, but it is an excellent combination. They aren't too good for you, but they are so tasty!
