Goodness! These are good cookies! I'm not a big cranberry fan, but it is an excellent combination. They aren't too good for you, but they are so tasty!
These turned out sooo good! Everyone at the office has been giving me comps all day about them. I made the 4 doz and they are almost all gone. These are also great to dip in your tea. Very easy recipe and it didn't take long at all to make them.
These sound good but I would make them low calorie & I would use Splenda not sugar & I would use all low cal ingredients.
These cookies are great. My sister took the whole batch home with her stating "these are the best cookies I've ever had." I'm more of a dark chocolate fan so I wouldn't say they're the best cookies ever but they are the best cookies I've ever had without dark chocolate in them! Very easy to do in my stand mixer and fairly fool proof.
It takes some strong hands and arms to mix all the butter with the flour but these cookies are well worth it. I made them for a baby shower and a ladies' tea and they were all eaten. The contrast of the tart cranberries and sweet white chocolate is delicious.
