Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread

Cranberry-White Chocolate Shortbread recipe
So tasty, especially if you like sweet with lots of butter! I baked in a convection oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, which was perfect for being lightly browned.

My daughter made the shortbreads...she baked them a little too long. White Chocolate burns easily. The shortbread itself is excellent. I am going to prepare shortbread cookies minus the white chocolate and cranberries. Really very good

These cookies made it onto our families Christmas Cookie list, which is hard to go with my Grandma's old faithfuls! We have made them two years and running now, so great.

This is my families new favorite cookie. Very easy and quick to make. Everyone I gave it to at Christmas loved it.

I made these as one of my Christmas cookie assortment. My 15 year old son loved these the best. Also got rave reviews from all who tasted.

I followed another persons suggestion to use chocolate chips and crazins and the cookies came out great. Baked them for a office cookie exchange and had everyone asking for the recipe. Gave out the cookies to friends/family for Christmas and everyone raved. I will start a holiday tradition with these cookies. My cookies never browned but they came out great tasting anyway.

This is my favorite Christmas cookie! I do a couple of little different things to it. I use white chocolate chips and MACADAMIA NUTS! They are irresistable with the nuts added. Mary

Best shortbread recipe EVER. Tastes like expensive shortbread cookies I bought in England. I tried and preferred them without fruits or nuts as they were so much smoother and rich-tasting! Just the best ever! WOW!

This was one of the easiest recipes I have made and it turned out perfect. The taste was amazing and I will be making them again very soon. THANKS!
