Everyone really loved this, very simple and quick prep time. The guys really loved the hickory flavor, while us girls wanted something a little different. Tried it with the honey BBQ but we all prefered the hickory in the end. The honey BBQ was border line too sweet for our tastes.

Husband saw what I was doin and added a little bit of liquid smoke to the crock pot, turned out so so so good.

everything was great. the only problem i had was that when i put the pork back in the crock pot after pulling it apart, the pork had so much juice left it made it seem all a little mushy. maybe drain part of the juice before adding the meat back

I made this over the weekend, we were having guests over and I knew we were going to be out with them all day. Everyone raved about this recipe, and they were dying to have left overs for lunch the next day.

This recipe was extremely easy to make and I had everything on hand except the pork. I love to use my crock pot and this recipe fit our schedule. For my children, I put the meat on a tortilla and made quesadillas with shredded cheese.

I added more sauce to thicken things up a bit. Used provolone and american cheese, both were tasty. My kids loved this recipe.

We are not big fans of the Hickory BBQ sauce and it was very over powering. I will make it again, but not with that sauce. There were alot of leftovers.

good but recommend adding more BBQ sauce, otherwise it's a little dry- but if you like'm wet, add more sauce. Also there were lots of leftovers

We loved this recipe. My kids ate it right up. It was super easy to make and a great weekinight meal. Next time I may add some mesquite seasoning to it as well.
