I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. My daughter who is very wary about any food that she eats, ate this dish with gusto. Great dish, and easy to make. The hardest part was learning how to stuff a piece of chicken with a bone.
very good. after i altered it a little. i didnt add the zucchini or the onion. i used stove top stuffing for chicken instead of the herb seasoned and used shredded mozzarella.

I made this with chicken leg quarters and it was yummy! I followed some advice and seasoned my chicken with some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. I would also suggest cooking it covered for 10-15 minutes because the skin got pretty dark brown (but did not burn) we eat chicken quarters all of the time (because they're yummy and economical) and this was a nice change of pace from what I normally do!
It was really good! I think I would cover it next time, once it has browned nicely, to keep it from getting to dark. Michele, from sc
We loved this dinner. It was very easy to cook and had a wonderful flavor. We will cook this again for sure.
It was very good but needed salt and pepper to the stuffing and/or chicken. It was a little difficult to stuff the chicken legs but nothing I couldn't handle! I also poured a little melted butter over it and turned on the broiler to give it one last crisp.
gave me a new idea for chicken legs --- my family enjoyed it. will definitely make this again!!
I found the mixture to be very mushy and not too tasty. We LOVE chicken legs, but usually just eat them with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The good part was that the skin remained very crispy. I think I will just use the stuffing mixture in chicken breasts next time.
This recipe was not as easy to make as I thought it would be. I substituted and used Broccoli and that was great. The chicken leg was not as easy to stuff.I would use Chicken Brest the next time.
