I also made recipe with chicken breast, it was very good. I will make this for dinner again!

I made the variation with chicken breasts. Next time I would pound the breasts, make chicken pinwheels and bake covered with cream of chicken soup. My family really enjoyed this recipe, it fit really well with the holiday season.

This was awesome! We made six chicken legs and two acorn squash and the squash was great too. We deglazed the pan and made a gravy with the stuffing bits and all. Had the leftover chicken legs with noodles and gravy and that was great too. I think we're gonna use zucchini in our homemade Thanksgiving stuffing to make it moist.

It was easy to make. The skin was very crispy though, over the pockets. It was good.

This was really good. I couldn't find the herb stuffing at the store, so just used the poultry one and added some sage and thyme. Very easy to make too!

This is a refreshing new way to enjoy and serve chicken drumsticks. And my family thought I slaved in the kitchen for hours! Delicious!

It was very very good, I didn't have the thigh peice still attatched, but i still managed to stuff all the stuffing in there. Very easy to make

It's great and healthy...not overloaded with carbs so my husband and I can enjoy a meal like this once a week or so.
