I used lowfat cheese and half egg substitute. Still yummy.

Very tasty! I added scallions and used precooked sausage patties, which turned out fine! My kids thought it was a little mushy but my husband and I loved it!

We have made this recipe many times, with many different ingredients. It is a good basic recipe. I especially like it when I have too many hamburger or hot dog buns that I am not going to use. You can use all kind of ground meat, cheese and bread, even frozen garlic bread.

This is a keeper!! Tasty, moist, easy, and I froze my leftovers to have for myself when I don't feel like cooking!

Great recipe that I've been using for years. I mostly make it on Christmas morning and it's great for holidays when you want something more than the usual but don't have a lot of time. I normally use turkey breakfast sausage links and cook them the night before. In the morning, I just have to throw it all in the pan and bake!

I rated this already, but we discovered if you add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of sour cream to the egg/milk mixture that it makes the casserole a little bit creamier. excellent!

Very simple and versatile. Its more of a method than a recipe because you can alter it a million different ways with different meats or vegetables. I have a large family so I add more eggs and substitute 1 cup of milk for sour cream. Yum!

Delicious. Used pre-cooked Suasage Links (cut up of course). Had to bake it for about 55 minutes. My Dad who does not like this type of stuff loved it. Even our 2 year old loved it. Next time we will try the crescent rolls one reviewer mentioned.

Very easy and yummy! We had all the ingredients on hand (we used maple flavored sausage and cut up a loaf of french bread because that's what I had). My husband, who isn't a big breakfast food person, liked it a lot!
