Finally, you don’t have to plan a day ahead to get the flavor of a hot-out-of-the-oven strata. Make this cheese-alicious dish your go-to for spur-of-the-moment brunches.

This recipe is nice if you have a houseful of overnight guests. You can put it together, throw it in the oven, then go about getting other things done. Each guest can then just get breakfast at their own pace. It heats up very nicely for the next morning. We loved it.

This was very easy to make and my family loved it! A nice change from the same old stuff. Will make many more times. :)

This was great tasting and received compliments at my brunch. It also heated up well as left-overs. I would make this again.

This was a really easy and really delicious casserole. My family of 4 really liked it. I did however add onion and diced red pepper with it to round it out more.

I love making this for family and co-workers, they all love it. I add minced green onion for extra flavor and color and its wonderful. Everyone should try this recipe.

I have made this one time just as the recipe states. The second time I used diced ham and bacon for a little variety. Both were very good. I like this because you can get all of your ingredients ready the night before for easy assembly in the morning.

This is just like it says. Quick & easy. Very good. We love sausage, so I did add a little more than it called for. I will make this one again and again.

It is a great recipe that can be refrigerated overnight and baked the next morning. I don't recommend substituting the bulk sausage for other quick sausage links. Also be careful not to overcook-will dry out fast. I made it for Christmas and had great leftovers for work. Stale bread works best and I have used different kinds.
