Served it for a day after the wedding brunch, doubled the recipe and still didn't have enough. Everyone absolutely loved it. Will definitely make again. I used a loaf of italian bread instead of the white bread and added alittle more cheese.

I melted a half cup of cream cheese and mixed it in . This recipe is the best casserole I have ever made.

This was a quick and easy idea for brunch. Next time I would use extra sharp cheese, and maybe add some green peppers to liven it up a bit. Other than that, it was great!

This is a great dish and it's easy. You can make it the night before, store it in the refrigerator, and bake the next morning. You can add other ingredients such as: onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Whatever you like. You've got to try this.

I made this recipe for Christmas morning. I put it all together on Christmas Eve and then baked it while we opened presents. Was very good! Everyone enjoyed it! It was even good as left-overs heated in the microwave.
