My sister and I made this casserole for Christmas brunch. A week later we made the recipe again to deliver after a funeral. Both times, it was easy to make and serve. People enjoyed the warm filling meal. I will definitely keep this recipe in the front of my cookbook and make it again.

I needed something different to make instead of the traditional eggs, sausage and toast for breakfast. So I tried this recipe and I must admit it is quick, easy and a wonderful way to cook the traditional breakfast with a modern twist.

Very easy and delicious- I made it for a fast but nice Christmas breakfast... I don't have a very good reputation as a good cook.... UNTIL NOW! Everyone in my family including my husband, inlaws, and father loved it!

I made for an office party and lots of people were asking who made it and how I did it. It doesn't taste nearly as simple as it is. I substituted ham for sausage.

Too bready and no flavor, I used Bob Evans sausage which I think has a lot of flavor but just thhink the bread overtook everything.
