What You Need

slices white bread, torn into bite-size pieces

lb. bulk sausage, cooked, drained

cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

eggs

cups milk

tsp. salt

1/4

tsp. pepper

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PLACE bread in 13x9-inch baking pan or casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with sausage and cheese.

BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pan.

BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until casserole is set in center and top is lightly browned.

Purchasing and Storing Eggs

Buy only refrigerated eggs with clean unbroken shells. Open carton and gently move each egg to make sure it is not stuck to the carton because of an unseen crack. Check the Sell-By Date on the carton. Store eggs in their original carton on an inside shelf of the refrigerator as soon as possible after purchasing. Avoid placing near foods with strong odors that can easily be absorbed. For best quality, use within 4 weeks.

I have already made this recipe twice since finding it in the back of the resent Kraft catalog. It is easy and tastes great. It's just as good warmed up the next morning.

I make something similar but add a can of cream of mushroom soup to the top layer then sharp cheese

This is a quick and very easy recipe. I liked it because it doesn't have to sit over night. I usually don't plan breakfast to far in advance. The company loved lasst weekend.

This is so easy to make and tastes great. The best thing about this recipe is that you don't have to make a million individual omelettes when you have a crowd over :)

This was outstanding there are only two of us so there was alot left over. We covered it and re-heated it in the microwave two days later and it was just as good or better than the first time.
