This is such an easy and very tastey recipe!!! Great for crowds and gatherings. I make this EVERY Christmas, our tradition is to have this for breakfast on Christmas day! I get up throw this in oven and I can enjoy wathcing kids open their gifts while breakfast is baking. No fuss, and so easy. :)) Enjoy!

We just loved this one! We used maple flavored sausage, added onion and mushroom and subbed swiss for cheddar. Delish!

Great recipe! Easy to make since most of the ingredients are readily available at home! I used chirizo sausage and bacon for the meat and added 2 additional eggs and cheese on top. It was amazing!

This is a family favorite! It's so easy and tasty. I use whole wheat bread to increase fiber. I will serve fresh sliced oranges as a side.

My family loves this recipe! I make it for christmas morning each year and when my husband wants something special. I use crescent rolls on the bottom, bake them first and then add the filling. It's great!

My very picky teenagers loved this recipe. I topped it w/ shredded cheese & melted it. They ate all of it in one sitting. If you find that the potatoes are too bland, serve it up w/ a side of salsa. Pair with a crisp salad & some bread. Light, nutritious & filling!
