I made this over New Years Eve for our family ski trip (about 18 people) so I made a double batch. I made it wiht chopped ham, green peppers, and onions, I didn't haev as much milk as I needed but added two extra eggs to each recipe and it turned out just great there wasn't one bite left, this will soon become a family favorite and it was very easy to put together.

I have made this recipe several times. My family loves it. They really like it on a snowy Saturday morning to wake up to before going outside to play.

This is a quick and easy breakfast/brunch. I thought the bread was soggy after cooking. Husband thoroughly enjoyed it though. Might be better as a leftover.

I made this and took it into work. It was really really simple. Everyone loved it and several people asked for the recipe. I will definitely make this again.

This was pretty easy to make. I didn't have any cheddar cheese on hand so I used American cheese. Next time I'll try it with Cheddar cheese and probably add some onions.

This is the best and easiest egg casserole I have ever made! I did not have white bread and substituted 2 large hamburger buns and it worked out great. I made it for dinner along with the baking soda biscuits. Yum-Yum!
