I made this recipe for a mom's group meeting. It was easy enough to prepare the morning I needed it, which is very important when a 1 year old is hanging on your leg! It turned out very well and is surprisingly good cold!

My family loves this casserole. It is so easy. Christmas morning my kids even requested that I make it for breakfast. It is so easy. I even prepare the night before.

Took this to my breakfastpotluck at work and everyone was going for seconds, I do recommend the following adjustments instead of what is listed - 2 lbs. sausage, 1 c. milk, 1 c. sour cream, 7 large eggs, 2 1/2 c. cheese, I didnot tear bread, but trimed off the edges and used enough to line the bottom (8 slices), do not need to add salt b/c of the seasoned sausage, added chopped onions when sausage was 1/2 done, added chopped green peppers to egg mixture. Delicious!

This was one of the best egg casseroles that I've eaten! And so easy to make. I did jazz it up a bit with onion and green pepper; and like a previous reviewer, I made it with sour cream and milk rather than all milk. It was so delicious and made the house smell wonderful! I will definitely make this recipe again and again!

This was quick, easy and yummy. You can throw almost anything in and tastes even better. Best served with fresh fruit. It passed our family's picky test.
