This was very good and easy to make. I made the sausage ahead of time. I also served this with potatoes and toast. You could easily sub different meat and also make this vegetarian. I would make this again for a large gathering.

Made it for a men's club breakfast, doubled up the sausage and used 10 eggs to make it go a little further. Served with biscuits and gravy, it dissappeard in no time.

This is great because you can do other things while it is in the oven, rather than stand over the stove like most breakfast foods. We have it every year for Easter brunch. Everyone loves it!!

This recipe was great! I used Polish sausage and removed the casing before frying. I cut the recipe in half for 4 servings. Wonderful and easy!!!

LOVE THIS! I have made this at least four times in the last six months. We find that it is even better as leftovers, because the bread firms up a bit and the texture is wonderful!

I've made this several times for family and friends. It works well with light sausage and lowfat cheese, too. I also tried drained frozen spinach and shredded swiss instead of the sausage and cheddar for a quick, meatless meal. Very good and very easy!
