Made this for an office party. People are still asking me for the recipe. We all loved this and it really is so easy to make.

I made this for an office party and everyone loved it. I used black olives instead of green and left out the sun-dried tomatoes since there was so much other tomato flavor in the dish.

This salad is wonderful AND very colorful. I have made it twice in the last week! I substituted broccoli for the green beans and also added sliced fresh mushrooms. I am on a diet plan that uses the nutritional exchanges, so that info was very helpful!

Loved It!!! I left out the chick peas, and added fresh asparagus. Very good!!!

Loved it. My little ones who are usually wary of vegetables were eating it up. I added a dash of pepper to it too...this one's a keeper
