Made this for an office party. People are still asking me for the recipe. We all loved this and it really is so easy to make.

Very strong good flavor. I will definitley make again but I will decrease the amount of olives to maybe only half because they are very salty.

My husband loved this recipe. The next time I make it I may add almonds for a little crunch instead of the chickpeas, since I didn't much care for them. I will definately make this again.

A wonderful pot luck dish. Even though my family didn't care for it, our guest did. I subsituted black olives for the green and left out the chick peas. When making again I will add some cheese and broccoli. Itwas very easy to through together ahead of time. The longer it sits the better it taste.

This was very good and easy. I added fresh parmesan cheese for more flavor; my family loves cheese. I also let it refrigerate over night to soak up flavor.

This is a great "make ahead" salad. It is even great in the summer for cookouts. I add some frozen corn with the green beans. Gives it a little ray of sunshine.

So easy and we added cooked, peeled shrimp and water chestnuts for extra flair and crunch. You could really experiment with different ingredients on this one to suit your families taste. It was Delicious!!!
