Easy Pad Thai

Easy Pad Thai recipe

Forget takeout! The balance of sweet teriyaki sauce, crunchy peanuts and fresh snow peas tastes like your fave restaurant's take and can fit into a healthy eating plan, too.

I love how easy this is. It's worth making again.

This recipe is easy and GREAT! I used linguine because they are flat and wide like Thai noodles. I also added more teriyaki then called for and when pea pods were almost done frying, I added bean sprouts to fry for about 30 seconds. Yum!!

Add some lemon to it with some red pepper flakes and some extra teryaki sauce and it is the best. My five year old son even enjoys it for lunch with me!

This is a great meal! I added some red pepper flakes to add a kick. Next time I will add some packaged sauted Tofu. I would recommend!

Very good, but very mellow! I would add spices next time.

This was very good, my whole family loved it. But istead of using peas, i used broccoli, I will absolutely make this again!

I modified this quite a bit as I went along, and really liked the way it turned out. I used chicken, broccoli and carrots as well as snow peas and grn onion, and for the sauce used a combination of hoisin, soy, and cayenne pepper sauce (instead of the teriyaki). It was still easy, and great!
