I made this for my husbands birthday breakfast. He loved it and so did my 2 yr old daughter. It was simple and great-tasting. Definitely a keeper.

This is a delicious recipe! Instead of putting each egg in its own well, I just mix all six eggs together and pour over the potatoes. I then mix the meal every couple of minutes until the eggs are all cooked. Yum!!! :)

My children loved to help me make this recipe. It is great for breakfast before you kids go to school. My children are very picky about what they eat, but this recipe, all of them love. May God hold you in the palm of His hand. God bless you.

I have made this several times! It is so much fun to make! And it is so good for breakfast or lunch. I've also used Creole Seasoning on it.
