This recipe has become a weekly favorite - I don't alterate it all. Tangy flavor - almost a sweet & sour thing going on. Friends asking for the recipe are surprised at the ease of preparation.

We are apparently not a fan of catalina dressing.

I wasn't crazy about the catalina dressing. From the recipe name, I was looking for a sweet taste, but, instead, it was tangy.

My husband is a critic at the table. When he tasted the carrots he said "What did you do the carrots?" I thought here it comes. But his reaction was--These are great. Make these more often. I don't like carrots but enjoyed these. I will put only one tablespoon of Worsesstershire sauce next time.

These carrots were delicious and easy. I par-boiled them the day before and then heated them and added the sauce ingredients before serving. I served these with the Spinich Stuffed Chicken Breasts.

I loved this recipe! carrots were tender and tastey. I also put carrotts in with any meat we have in crock pot with a barbeque suace. carrots are always a delight- especailly straight out of the garden.

I have made this several times and love it. The last time I made the recipe, I tried to change it by making it in the microwave. Do not make it in the microwave, the carrots did not become as tender.

no one in the family liked it. It was more sour than sweet.
