This is a very simple recipe that everyone in my household loves, including my 21 month old grandaughter. It has already become a family favorite.

This carrot recipe was yummy, but I won't make it often because of having to peel and slice the carrots. it would be good for an evening when I have more time to spend on side dishes.

I did not care for the flavor of this at all. On the other hand, my boyfriend really liked it. Go figure.

My family loved them, although next time I will use a little worchestershire sauce. We love to get veggie recipes as we are part time vegetarians.

It seems like you love this dish or you don't . My family didn't care for it very much.

Sounded better than it tasted. Maybe too much Catalina, seemed to dominate the flavors.

These were okay, nothing to write home about. The flavors clashed and were too stong, I would probably stick to something a little more simple like brown sugar with one other ingredient I have'nt quiet figured out yet.

Oh, WOW! I LOVE this recipe! Yummy, Sweet, crunchy all rolled into one Side dish. Even my 6 yr old liked it!! Made this with the meatloaf and it was plenty, with left overs for the next night!

I chose this recipe because of the Catalina dressing. My husband doesn't care much for salad dressings or most other condiments, but he loves Catalina. I used the Light Done Right! version to cut calories, and it turned out great. We both like spicy dishes, and we liked the "sweet & sour" tanginess. There was quite a bit more sauce for the amount of carrots, so next time, I'll use more carrots, to even it out a bit.

I took this to a dinner group that we belong to and they liked it very much. I used the Catalina Free to save on calories. Made a very colorful dish.
