Made this one day for lunch with mushrooms only. Very tasty and a wonderful change from sandwiches and typical lunch fare. Dipped them in pizza sauce...YUM!!

Really, really messy to make! The taste was ok but the egg didn't want to stick to the veggies and the coating burned too easy. Not something easy to make spur of the moment. I may make it again but only when I have lots of time.

If you are looking for something different to serve with dinner; this is it. I used mushrooms, broccoli & califlower. We absolutely loved it!

I used frozen california blend vegtables with broccoli, califlower and yellow squash and it was a little dry. Maybe fresh vegtables make a difference.

I made this recipe recently and in addition to vegetables listed, I cut up some sweet potato into sticks. The mushrooms & sweet potato were the hands down favorites, but the others were also very good. Adults and kids loved them!

This was okay, the veggies seemed a little limp after baking. I prefer mine a little crisper.

This was so quick and easy! I brought it to my sister's as an appetizer and was asked to go make another batch! She had everything in her kitchen that it takes to make it! LOVE THIS! Bringing it to a party tomorrow night :)

I made this for my family, and they loved it! Even though they do not eat many vegetables.
