My 2 year old LOVED these!!! We made the cauliflower and broccoli and he devoured them!!!

I too.. had a problem with getting the Shake N Bake to stay on. I added a a little milk to the egg.. and I coated my veggies. Re-dipped them in the milk egg and Shake N Bake. They turned out fantastic. I used, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini sticks, chicken, and french fry cut potatoes.

this sounds so good i plan on making it real soon .and coming back to say how well it was . it sounds like a real good vegie recipe. i need easy ways to make them.

This was good, but the breadging was awful to get to stay on! It was very sparsely coated on the veggies. When you did get some on, it was very good, though. I added crushed red pepper flakes to the mix to make it a little spicier. Definitely dip in ranch!

I made this recipe with broccoli and zucchini and it tasted amazing! I've never really attempted to cook before but this was pretty easy for a first timer and my husband loves it!

I have made this appetizer three times already! I also tried it with zucchini, squash, and onions. Very easy to make - highly recommended!
