A very good and quick supper/lunch. I've also substituted shrimp for the chicken.

My family loves this dinner! I added black beans and cilantro to the mix and it is a big hit. The kids request it about twice a month which is a big deal at our house. They are also easy to wrap in foil and carry out when we are on the go. I have frozen them to for reheating.

this recipe is so very simple to use on an average day that now I can make it up in a snap. Currently making me up a few of turkey version with my left over turkey for late night snack and lunch at work. I do a variation on the cheeses sometimes a Mexican blend other just plan cheddar and other time my own blend of various shredded cheeses when the pouch is low, add them together and you got a unique cheese blend. try adding olives. yum.

This was very easy and tasted great. I left out the frozen corn and added diced plum tomatoes, green peppers and onions to the recipe. My husband and I loved it. I will be making this often. Thanks for the great recipe.

These are delicious and have become a true favorite. I like serving them as apps when we have company over for dinner.

This is a favorite for my husband. I usually add more cheese. It's a little hard to flip without making a mess of the inside stuff falling out. It's quick and very good!

The taste was EXCELLENT!!!! It was a perfect mixture of sweet and salty along with a little tang. The absolute only problem we had with it was that the tortillas did not stick together very well. I would probably shred my chicken, use more cheese, or just make it go further on more tortillas next time
