My husband and I enjoyed this recipe but would have preferred to use less corn. And next time I will probably shred the chicken before adding the corn to help the quesadillas stay together better.

Once again, a recipe that my picky husband enjoyed. These are fairly quick and easy to make (of course, I used the fajita chicken strips sold at the store). I also had a quesadilla maker...so maybe you should take this review with a grain of salt. Very good, thick quesadillas--I have made these over and over again!

This recipe was very easy to make and only took about 20 minutes. I added a little more chili powder than the recipe asked for and I added salt

I used canned corn and next time will add strips of bell pepper. I also added chopped onions. Very good and a family pleaser.
