i thought the recipe lacked something so instead of the 2 cups of milk, i added a can of cheddar soup from campbells and it thickened it up a bit. other than that i thought it was delicious.

I agree with the others who felt the soup lacked taste. I added onion, garlic and chicken seasoning and it was still missing something. It's too bad because the recipe was so easy to prepare.

Not a big fan of this one. Just didn't like the combo

Very easy to make, but pretty bland. Probably needs some garlic or something.

i think that this soup is really heathy for my kids and family! And my oldest kid also said she will eat this soup more than she eats the other kinds of soup! I am always going to make this soup!

Based on the other reviews about this being sort of bland, I added some margarine, onion, and used the chicken broth seasoned with garlic. I've had bad experieces of cooking the frozen vegetables with other ingredients so I cooked those separate and added at the end. The flavor was good, but next time I'll add more flour to make it thicker. I also forgot to thaw my cheese so it curdled.

I made this recipe this evening & thought it was terrific. I added 1/2 onion, otherwise followed the recipe. It was delicious, & very quickly prepared. Perfect for this rainy-cold evening.
