What You Need

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)

1/2

cup sugar, divided

Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

1-1/2

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

Tbsp. milk

cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

cups boiling water

pkg. (0.6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin

cups cold water

cans (8-1/4 oz. each) mandarin oranges, drained

Make It

MIX graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.

BEAT Neufchatel, remaining sugar and milk with whisk until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Refrigerate until ready to use. Meanwhile, add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened. Stir in oranges. Spoon over Neufchatel layer.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

THIS IS DELIOUS!!! and the kid's love it, I have made it 4 times this summer. and there wanting it again. While strawberries are in season.

I made this dessert for a 4th of July pool party and was a real hit, I used fresh strawberries in place of mandarin oranges and everyone raved about it. Thanks for such a simple wonderful dessert recipe.

This was a hit and delicious too! I only used 3-4 tbsp of butter-otherwise it would have been to greasy.

It did take a long to make but it was easy and simple, not too on the unhealthy side and is very good for the whole family. I enjoyed it alot!

Taste is great! The only problem was difficult to released the squares after cut since so sticky in the bottom.

Easy to make!!! Everyone loved it. I did not add the oranges and each time that I have made it I have used a different flavored jello and they are all very tasty!

This is a great recipe and everyone who has tried it agrees. I make it now not just for holidays but just to have around. It's refreshing and light and tastes great. For anyone who loves cheesecakes this is a fantastic dessert.

I made this recipe this weekend and everyone loved it! My husband, who is a very finicky eater, says that this is the best desert he has ever had (even better than his mother's lemon squares). It also conforms to my diet and will be our weekend desert for the entire summer! I used sugar free strawberry/banana jello and the mandarin oranges just added a delicious sweetness.
