I added more chocolate and cranberries than called for which made itt aste good but it was on the sticky side. Also make sure it stays in the oven cooking long enough. Pretty tastey altogether though.

AMAZING! I made these for my family for Thanksgiving. I am a college student, so it was nice to be able to whip it up quickly and do the things I needed to do while it baked. My family absolutely loved them and want me to make them for Christmas!

This recipe was wonderful. It was my first time making meringues and even though I was somewhat intimidated, I followed the recipe and it turned out great! I received lots of compliments. I highly recommend this.

I sent these to my parents as part of a care package and my Dad absolutely loved them(he hates anything low fat) Mom loved them too.. Id definitely make these again.. Maybe using semi sweet instead? :) I wonder if these would work with white chocolate? Dads a die hard fan of white chocolate:)

I have made this one so many times. I find that I need to set my oven at 220 otherwise they come out sticky. All my neighbors ask when am I going to make them again!

Finally, a meringue recipe that worked for me. I've tried and tried to make merengue, but it's always gooey in the center. This recipe had differnt times for cooking/cooling, so I think that's why it worked. I loved the cranberry/chocolate mix. Although, most things go with chocolate anyway...am I right? :) I will definitely make this again.

I thought the cranberrys were very hard. I wonder what another type of fruit would work. Say apricots or cherrys?

I substituted rasberry chocolate chips and used splenda instead of sugar. Guests gobbled it up wanted the recipe.

I added it to my collection of cookies for x-mas and it was liked by all. It has such a different look. But I use chopped up M&M's with the cranberry for color and its looks great.
