Made it -- second time I added a few dried cranberries and sliced almonds for color and additional texture --- great and have been asked many times for the recipe.

This would make a good one-dish meal with your favorite smoked sausage sliced or diced into the skillet, too.

The fruits, onion and Catalina dressing was a unique and very good taste. But I think I will substitute the spinach for Romaine lettuce next time. AND THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME!!

I am a beginner at doing these recipes and although my salad did not look like your I did get a lot of complements. Now that I have a picture of what it is suppose to look like I would like to make it again.

MY HUSBAND ACTUALLY PICKED OUT THIS RECIPE(SURPRISE!) AND HE MADE IT. HE USED MY MINI CHOPPER TO "CUT" EVERYTHING WHICH WAS ALMOST CUT TOO MUCH BUT IT WAS STILL DELICIOUS!!(WE ARE NOT BIG SALAD EATERS BUT WE BOTH LOVED IT)
