very good, i made the pork chop one...my only problem was the potatoes didn't cook as fast as my meat...other than that very yummy.

I did this with the eggplant. Personally I think that it would have been better with chicken. Also, I did not use the shake and bake. I think that made it better.

I made the one with sweet potatoes and the baking time was much longer than suggested in the recipe. I tasted great, but took almost twice as long for the potatoes to be cooked properly.

I have to say this is so easy! And it was wonderful! It tasted as if I had spent all day in the kitchen cooking this meal when I spent less than an hour for prep and cooking! I will make this over and over!

I made this recipe with pork, red potatoes, carrots, and BBQ sauce. I love how easy and versatile it is. This has definitely become one of our household favorites!

I made the meatless version of this recipe and found it to be easy and delicious! It's a favorite in our home. Definitely a keeper!

Actually my husband made this while I was at work.He does not know how to cook however he follows directions well.HA HA I think with a little more seasoning i would deffinately have him make it again.
